Roasted Red Pepper and Feta Topper

With an explosion of flavor in every bite, this yummy appetizer will please any crowd. For easy prep, pick up store-bought jarred roasted red peppers in the grocery store.

  • 3 tbsp (45 mL) finely chopped fresh dill, divided
  • 1/2 tsp (2 mL) salt
  • 8 oz (250 g) plain brick-style cream cheese, softened
  • 1 box (225 g) Breton Crackers – Original
  • 1/2 cup (125 mL) sliced roasted red peppers
  • 1/2 cup (125 mL) crumbled feta cheese


  1. Fold 2 tbsp (30 mL) chopped dill and salt into cream cheese. Spread 2 tsp (10 mL) cream cheese mixture over each cracker.
  2. Top with roasted red peppers.
  3. Garnish with feta and remaining dill just before serving.
