Ingredients


  • 1 cup (250 mL) prepared hummus
  • 1 ripe avocado, halved, pitted and peeled
  • 1/2 cup (125 mL) packed spinach
  • 1/4 cup (60 mL) finely chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 tbsp (30 mL) finely chopped fresh basil
  • 4 tsp (20 mL) finely chopped fresh chives
  • 1 tbsp (15 mL) lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp (1 mL) each salt and pepper
  • 1 box (225 g) Breton Crackers – Original
  • 4 oz (125 g) thinly sliced prosciutto

Preparation


  1. In food processor or blender, mix together hummus, avocado, spinach, parsley, basil, chives, lemon juice, salt and pepper until smooth.
  2. Spread hummus mixture over crackers. Top each serving with piece of prosciutto.
